Nov. 4th, 2011 08:13 pmToday was a good day! It's Friday, meaning I only had one class, I found out I got an A on my Anthropology midterm, our professor released class early, I had spaghetti for dinner (my favorite), and I don't have to spend the evening doing homework. :D
In other news, I've been following the Halloween Hetalia event. I've only been lurking on the LJ threads, but it's fun reading everyone's fangirling. :D I've kind of been hoping that this event would have a plotline like the Christmas Bloodbath did, but at this point it kind of seems like it's just going to be random countries partyin' in the club. Ah well, that's fun too~ And we still have to find out what it was that surprised England when he looked at that paper. :O I hope we find out eventually.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EVENT SO FAR:
-Grandmano (of course)
-America meeting Americamochi (I NEVER KNEW HOW MUCH I WANTED THIS TO HAPPEN)
-Belarus and Denmark. When Belarus threw that hanger at Denmark, and he swiftly caught it...so cool. *_*
-Canada actually not being invisible for once!
-Slave!Italy
-Slave!Japan (I lol'd when I noticed)
-Hungary wanting to sweep Austria off his feet. Hehe. :3
Also, this event sure has been long. It's already lasted just as long as the Bloodbath (five days) and is showing no signs of stopping yet. I wonder just how long it's going to last. XD Hopefully for a while...it would be funny if it ended the same day Homestuck starts up again. But I doubt Hetaween will last a whole 'nother week. That would be a bit much.
I'm going to go mess around with my icons some more while I wait for the next update. And maybe play some Portal 2. :3 I haven't gotten much of a chance to do that this past week because I've been so busy with Honors work. In fact, I've got a 1000-2000-word essay for Honors due on Thursday. I'll be working on that over the weekend. Sporadically.
